  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter (120 g)
  • 1 cup chocolate (170 g), melted
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar, sifted

  1. Line a muffin tin with 6 paper liners or silicone liners.
  2. Add the peanut butter and powdered sugar into a bowl and stir together until smooth.
  3. Using a spoon pour enough chocolate, about 1 to 2 tablespoons, into the bottom of each cupcake liner.
  4. Then dollop 1 to 2 teaspoons of the peanut butter mixture on top of the chocolate.
  5. Then cover each dollop of peanut butter with more chocolate, enough to completely cover the peanut butter layer and smooth out the top.
  6. Refrigerate for about an hour or until the chocolate has hardened.
  7. Remove peanut butter cups from the liners.
  8. Serve and enjoy.
