  • 1 ½ cups powdered sugar (240g)
  • 7 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 10 graham crackers
  • 24 oz cream cheese (680g), softened
  • 1 ½ cups chocolate chips (265g), melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups peanut butter (480g), melted
  • 1 cup confectioners sugar (120g)

  1. Place the graham crackers into a plastic bag and using a rolling pin, crush them into fine crumbs.
  2. Transfer the graham cracker crumbs into a bowl. Add in the melted butter, and mix until well combined and the texture is like slightly wet sand.
  3. Press the graham cracker crumbs in an even layer into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) spring-form pan.
  4. Place in the refrigerator.
  5. In a large bowl, add in the softened cream cheese and beat until smooth.
  6. Then add in the powdered sugar and continue to mix until there are no lumps.
  7. Add in the vanilla extract and the melted chocolate and mix until the color is even.
  8. Transfer the mixture over the graham cracker crust in the spring-form pan. Using a spatula or spoon, smooth the top.
  9. Place in the refrigerator.
  10. In a large bowl, mix together the melted peanut butter and confectioner’s sugar.
  11. Pour the mixture over cheesecake in a springform pan. Use a knife or spatula to spread evenly and smooth the top.
  12. Place in the refrigerator for about 2-4 hours.
