The best thing about this refreshing smoothie is not just its incredible taste but it’s also an amazing source of Vitamin C, Vitamin A and fiber!
The smoothie makes for an amazing breakfast or an afternoon snack.
- 1 medium ripe mango (2 cups), peeled
- 1 1/4 cups frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 cup water
- 1 small banana
- 1 orange, peeled
- 1 Tbsp flax seeds
- Add the banana, orange, mango, pineapple chunks, flax seeds and water in a blender.
- Then start blending until smooth.
- Serve and enjoy.
Note: Notes: You could also use fresh pineapple and a frozen mango or a fresh mango & pineapple with a frozen banana. Make sure at least one fruit is frozen.
You can also use unsweetened almond milk to replace water.
