Ingredients:

  • 1 medium ripe mango (2 cups), peeled
  • 1 1/4 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 orange, peeled
  • 1 Tbsp flax seeds

Directions:

  1. Add the banana, orange, mango, pineapple chunks, flax seeds and water in a blender.
  2. Then start blending until smooth.
  3. Serve and enjoy.

Note: Notes: You could also use fresh pineapple and a frozen mango or a fresh mango & pineapple with a frozen banana. Make sure at least one fruit is frozen.

You can also use unsweetened almond milk to replace water.
